September 2013 Daily Physical Activity (DPA) Tracking

All grade 11 and 12 students should already be tracking September Daily Physical Activity (DPA) minutes.  If you are still in summer mode, and have not yet begun logging your time, it's not too late!  There are two options for you to log your DPA:

1. Online: go to http://www.learnnowbc.ca and set up an account (if you are a new user) or continue to log
your minutes using the online program.  Ms. Barsky has online access to your account, so if you
maintain your log, she will know you have completed your DPA requirements.

2. Manually: pick up a September 2013 paper calendar from the Career Centre or download a copy (link is
at the side) and keep it in your binder or on your wall at home.  Write down your DPA minutes
all month long and then submit the completed month's calendar to Ms. Barsky in the Career
                   Centre.

Either method of DPA tracking is acceptable, as long as you are completing your activity and recording it!  If you are currently enrolled in, and passing, a Senior PE class or Senior Dance class, you do not need to record your DPA.  Your teacher will submit your mark to Ms. Barsky and your DPA requirement will be fulfilled that way.  Please see Ms. Barsky in the Career Centre if you have any questions regarding your DPA.
