Transition Plan Booklet

Grads, your Transition Plan is due at the end of this month! Some of you have already completed this assignment and submitted it to me - thank you! Those of you who have not yet completed this assignment, please ensure that you pick up a copy of the booklet or download a copy here. Be aware that you are expected to attach a current resume to this Transition Plan, as well. If you still have a copy of your Planning 10 Career Project, you just need to update the budget and your resume, and add a cover page, before you submit your paperwork.
